  1. General (Unrestricted) Bequest
    “I give, devise, and bequeath to the Middle East Forum, a nonprofit organization located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the sum of $________ (or __% of my estate) to be used at the discretion of its Board of Directors to support the Forum’s mission of advancing American interests and defending Western values.”
  2. Specific Gift Bequest

  3. Percentage of Estate Bequest
